But you want to give the company to the Chinese... you think you are coming out a winner?? 

You have gone from 40m shares when Keith stepped in and now you have 166m shares on issue and you have not drilled ONE hole! Yes there is some drilling for the mine development to survive...but no new proper drilling that can be released to the market. No systematic exploration work done EVER! So you have diluted yourself by 400% in 2 years. 
Now you have US$21m of debt and liabilties. That in effect is diltion and will need to be paid. Mining Dynasty isnt really making inroads and really devalueing the resource. 
Lets say you raise $20m which is what Titan can do. At best if you are lucky you will raise it at 18c per share. SO you will print another 115m shares. And the only chance of raising $20m is by giving away a big % of Dynasty. So you will dilute the capital strucure by nearly 70% but then also giving away 60% of the project. And you havent even got to building a plant. 
So yes I will tender my shares and give control to a group that can promote and can run a proper exploration program.
