I believe it was Sprott Asset Management that held a significant position at one time ....don't think it was Cannacord ... but if you were around a few years ago, you will recall Sprott were continuously selling for months on end, prior to the employee strike that occurred on April 1, 2016.
And if I recall correctly, director Leonard Clough also sold whatever pittance of a position he held months prior to the employee's shutting down operations. Of course, all this occurred prior to Mssr's Piggott, Sedun and Reyes investment into DMM in Sept 2016.

Just follow Core Gold's instructions in the last company news release .... do nothing ....DO NOT tender to Titan Minerals.
Do not pay any attention to the lies, the false, and misleading statements that the new ID's on this forum are posting. Wait for the company's next update. From comments at the AGM, there will also be a slight extension past the middle of October for potential suitors to get their offers into the board of directors.
None of the Core Gold directors, or their family members, or business associates have pledged their shares to Titan. In the Titan Circular .... only Vertex did, as well as a couple others. There are still some issues remaining regarding TSXV approval of the transfer of the two Vertex promissory notes.
DO NOT TENDER TO TITAN MINERALS.
The potential for far a better offer(s) is very good.
The company has not issued a news release updating shareholders on the voting results for the directors positions ....
