That is Keith Piggott.
He has taken money from the contractor ( $60,000 per month) which is stealing money from the company...aka commonly known as embezzlement.
He has taken on enormous debts at 30% pa without the knowledge of the other Directors.
He has illigally sold material concessions at Zaruma and not told the company and then spent the money..
He has sold gold produced for cash in the town of Zaruma. It is common knowledge in Zaruma and at the gold plant.[/quote]
