I am telling you funds associated with Titan are buying and we are selling the company cheaply into their hands.
The reason it goes down is because we have no clear direction and the market was hoping for a more positive circular.  If we are not careful Titan pulls the bid, calls the debt and we fall back to 14c or even lower and then someone buys us for 20c and it is game over.
