RE:RE:RE:Titan offering cash to ... just some people?I honestly believe that Titan and the corrupt members on Cores BOD know that this buyout is doomed to fail in court again, they just want to get +50% of the shares tendered to Titan to stop the strategic review process. That would stop the progress that Core is making and once they’re embarrassed by the Supreme Court again in a few months, any companies that were negotiating with us might be discouraged to negotiate again because of the wasted resources spent previously, when they understand the majority of the board are negotiating in bad faith they won’t waste their time.
But it is usually easy to predict the actions of dumb criminals - so hopefully we get a completing offer once it is clear to the legitimate companies what these criminals are plotting.
Just my theory.
