Are you trying to tell us that the situation is hopeless?.
This has securities fraud written all over it. It was so obvious, even months ago when the board was leading us on. I had the same sick feeling, not to trust to the turdss. After the fairness hearing, after the vertex deal, after their appeal to the TSX to allow the Vertex deal through for relatively insignificant debt. We gave them the benefit of the doubt. But when a someone cheats, don't be surprised when they do it again. And again and again.
They are allowing it to happen again. And to the person suggesting that this is a negotiating tactic, the thought crossed my mind but Titan is such a transparently shite company nobody would feel seriously threatened by it.
Certain members of the BOD belong in jail.
I wonder when we're going to hear from Piggot or if he's been in communication with authorities. This is so transparently illegal it needs to end with certain BOD in jail.
