Just like I predicted...

Just like I predicted...All of the other deals that were proposed will remain hidden. Nda's and such so we don't get to see a transparent review process it is only for show. Well not a great offer the one offer to buy the company in the news release is still better then the one proposed by Titan. also why would the spin-off not include zaruma and Jerusalem? And finally why did directors agree to the deal before investors were informed of this material information?
