Reyes Sedun Bailey Clough..So the mushroom technique. Keep shareholders in the dark while continuosly planning with Titan in the same heist started over a year ago.
Lockins by Reyes and Sedun and informing all shareholders just to wait ....
Reyes and Sedun cannot be part of any decisions coming out of the strategic review since they have comprimised their neutrality.
The 'real' offer contains real cash and finite cash for our shares and not the usual Titan promises.
With Titan most shareholders end up with just confetti paper, non-Canadians get a promise of some cash when they 'sell' those shares on the open market.
What a tale of woe.
I will be contacting the Attorney Generals of BC Ontario and Federal. I think you full well know what is coming...
Lets see how those other 'lockins' behave in the next week or so. That 51% has now legs but in favor of shareholders and not Titan.
You have started a whirlwind and must face what's coming...
Don't Tender to Titan and remove any lockins that you may have lockedin without a full picture of what was on the table.
