RE:Small Claims Court

RE:Small Claims CourtRonnie, I agree that this a logical plan B or Z or wherever  we are at now.  It would be extremely unfortunate if it came to each shareholder filings their own claim.  In Ontario maxim claim is currently $25, 000.

If it came to this, it would be advantageous for all shareholders to pitch in a thousand or two and have a law firm formulate our case so it could be easily presented in front of each of our respected courts for each defendant.

If this was the eventual outcome, I think Titan and Core’s BOD4 and sam Wong would be extremely happy.  Even if 24 people filed small claims cases against each of them, plus Core Gold itself, at a maximum 6 defendants X $35,000 X 24 = $5 040 000.  So they’d have to collectively pay 5 million... while they’re walking away with assets that could be realistically worth billions once properly developed by compent professionals.

A class action would cost them $100 million, plus.... and it would be embarrassing for them.
