Thanx to another shareholder for bringing this story up over the weekend ....

Jimmy Pattison gave up on privatising Canfor because only 45% of minority shareholders supported the offer. He failed to reach the 66 2/3% needed.

Titan has struggled to attain 51% of Core Gold's shares over the past three months, only acheiving that threshold with the assistance of two backstabbing liars, directors Gregg Sedun and Javier Reyes who signed lock-up agreements in direct contradiction to ongoing and current guidance by Core Gold for shareholders to take no action regarding the Titan hostile takeover offer.
