Other OfferA little surprised that the other Interested Party hasn't come back in with a revised offer. The Board's latest news release seemed to leave the door open for them. It doesn't make sense for them to walk away from or lose out on a potential billion dollar asset for the sake of a few million dollars. Let's hope the Board hasn't upset them to the point where they refuse to deal with them any more...so they don't have to consider offers from anyone but Titan. Or worse...if the IP did resubmit their offer and the Board is sitting on it and letting the clock tick down on the Titan takeover, rather than informing shareholders. Sort of like keeping the details of their Novembet 25th offer under wraps, so shareholders can't assess it. Neither scenario would play out well for the Board with the Exchange and/or Regulators. Here's hoping we get an update this week...djstone
