RE:Heads We Win...Tails They Lose

They've been so pre-occupied with the thought of a class action suit against them...and rightly so...they don't want to say anything that will be used against them in court. Hey think that by not making a recommendation to shareholders on the offer, they're absolved of any responsibility when the Titan share price inevitably crashes afterwards, if the takeover is successful. Quentin should have advised them that the lock up of their shares is an implied recommendation, in and of itself, in the absence of any information to the contrary. If the BCSC and/or Regulators shut the Titan takeover down, the Board should be worried about all the shareholders that sold shares over the last few weeks because information on the Zhaojin offer was intentionally withheld from them.

'People who sold 50k, 100k, 150k shares to limit their exposure to the Titan offer lost tens of thousands of dollars each by selling in the 0.20-0.23 range, compared to what the share price is now or will be, if the Zhaojin offer is successful. That could be a couple hundred suits in Small Claims Court @ $25,000.00 each, straight out of the Board's pockets. No Directors and Officers Insurance...no Core funded legal assistance...no hiding behind Corporate double speak. Just my opinion. djstone
