Don't be scared. No need to panic

Don't be scared. No need to panicSome posters are clearly trying to scare shareholders to make them tender their shares.
There is no need to panic.

Titan needs to reach 66 1/3% to be in a position where they can try to force other shareholders to accept the takeover. IF they reach this threshold and Titan wants to acquire the remaining shares, dissenting shareholders will be offered the same deal than supportive shareholders. At this moment, Dissenting Shareholders will have the option to accept the offer or to dissent which means to ask the Court to determine a fair compensation for their shares.

So basically, there is no upside to tender your shares if you don't like the current offer and there is no risk to not tender your shares either since your fall back position will be to get the same deal than tendering shareholders.

Titan might not try to get the remaining shares but in this scenario they will have to deal with a large chunk of minority shareholders which won't be diluted that easily.
