Honest shareholders performed reconnaissance this past year and a half and the authorities did not take us seriously, and were ignorant to our findings. This is how major battles are won and lost in wars. Honest shareholders, because of inaction by regulators, in all probability have lost the war, and many unfortunately have been forced to surrender. glta
