Thanks flashcash. Though robnhood looks correct about the president of Ecuador, he is in political trouble, and scrambling to appease those he has p@ssed off. There is much concern about the environment growing down there so an email was sent to the government and maybe they will consider what was written and maybe not.

Wayne Gretzky stated "you miss 100% of the shots you never take" so I decided to shoot and see if the is a score. Had nothing to lose and everything to gain.
