HANG ON A SECOND...SHOULDN'T THIS BE WORTH $2+/SHARE !?!?!?

Am I missing something here ??? With 6 Million quality Gold ounces in the ground ( plus 27 Moz of Silver ), and a growing production that should reach 100,000 ounces near term, the valuation should be at least US$ 25/oz and conceivably much more than that, but the market is only valuing it at about $4/oz ! (or C$ 5/oz)

I mean there are companies out there with about 1/3 of the ounces and no production anytime soon that are trading for more than C$150 Million. That's like US$ 60 / oz !!!

So, altough one could argue for a $50+/oz valuation, even if we take a much more conservative and very cheap US$25/oz, the valuation should be closer to US$150 Million or close to C$200 Million.
That would put the share price closer to C$ 2 and we're not even assigning ANY value to the Silver.

Could this simply be a case where no one noticed the little ugly duckling turning into a Swan ?

ACTUALLY ROBNHOOD THE NR SAID " Based upon the current Portovelo plant capacity of 750 tons per day, gold production from the Dynasty Goldfield mining unit alone may be able to sustain an annualized rate of approximately 22,000 to 26,000 ounces." NR ALSO SAID " Core Gold management wholly refurbished the crushing circuit at the Portovelo processing plant and has plans in ...more

LittleOwl...your numbers on paper sound great and we all hope that the company can execute those levels. But the problem has always been getting the metal out of the ground. This is not a new company. Formerly known as Dynasty metals before the name change. Most of us on this board have been in this stock for prob 5- 10  years. 8 years for me. The company in the past under different ...more

OH, I GET IT NOW !  From the previous posts it seems we have a case of "investor fatigue" and "doubting Thomases" here... That explains a lot. Can't say I can blame you for your mindset but perhaps it would help if you could step back from the edge a little to recognize the new facts and changed reality both for the big picture as well as in this particular situation. ...more

Have to agree with some of LittleOwl's comments. Let us start fresh here. New focus on easy surface mining. New name. New vision. Let us look at this another way.,Zaruma was a failure., Write it off to zero. Subtract the oz's from the total., This is now a new gold mining company , that has highly prospective properties, Dynasty Goldfield, Copper Duke, and Jerusalem, Infrastructure is ...more

Hello TAD. Not pumping, just stating facts. Bought around 0.15 almost 2 years ago and forgot about it. Gold has moved up 25% since. The new NR is showing significant progress. These are facts. Have added to my already significant position on the basis of these facts. Used to be Stockhouse member way back since the Jeff Berwick days. Got busy with other things but rejoined recently because I had to ...more

Thank you Tad. I feel CGLD will have a big move once we clear 0.45. Not much longer to wait now...

you could be right...integra gold was bought by eldorado for around $500 million and their gold ounces in the ground at that time i think was less than 6 million ounces. cgld has a huge upside potential from here.

Yes, idunnoyou, but that was BEFORE the new "potential major discovery" at Linderos ! And I hadn't even taken into consideration the forgotten Copper Duke $30 million value which, alone, equals today's market valuation for the whole company; which means that our risk today is less than zero !!! All in all your comparison with Integra's $500 million buyout value, or more ...more
