Titan could be in for a rude awakening, if the Ecuadorian President says no to allowing Titan to operate with their track record it will all be for naught.... Anyone up to petition the President of Ecuador to stop Titan mining in Ecuador if they manage to steal the assets? Vote NO, we are worth more than the morally corrosive Titan, hookers with the clap !

The reason I mention the fact that there is no arbitrage proves that the price of TTM is phony and the so called premium is phony and is proved by the very fact that there is no arbitrage being done. Why would anyone who owns TTM not sell it and buy CGLD for which they will receive 20 shares of TTM back. Why? because the bids are not real on TTM.

Even TTM insiders. Why not sell TTM and buy CGLD and get two wins. You end up getting way more TTM if merger goes through and you would also get to vote yes on your newly acquired CGLD shares. Why? because it is blatantly obvious that the price of TTM is basically phony as a three dollar bill.
