Problems

A couple problems I have with the "Placement' would be that they say that they need all of Core shares locked up before it would happen.  By Jan 16, 2020.  Well, they wont have mine.  I would rather flush them down the toilet, which come to think of it , would make as much sense as giving to Titan.  More sense actually because giving them to Titan would be supporting a criminal organization that poisons people and I don't think that is good.

And secondly it is kind of funny.  With the A $3.5 m, about C $3 m, they will:
  -develop DGF
  - do general exploration in Ecuador
  -  ditto Peru
  -develop Zaruma
  -develop Porto Velo
  -plus ongoing

And the ongoing would be:
-by about the 16th Jan Titan will be out of money and they have needed around $2 m a qtr to operate and pay salaries to you know who
-no mention of the US $ 3 m loan due tommorow  ,or did I miss that announcement

Amazing.  I double checked to see if there was a typo and a decimal misplaced.  Like it should have been A $35m. But no.  So surprised for sure they could do all that at Core with what would probably be only a half to one million actually getting to Core.  Maybe they are just use to doing stuff and not paying for it.  Past strategy for sure.  Doesn't seem to be quite as easy to do that in Ecuador.
