Dear Board of Directors
Whomever reads this for you,
How was the lockup of shares by board members, Reyes and Sedun,to a hostile takeover, who are part of the strategic review process, not a material event that should have been cause for the suspension of trading in Coregold Shares, and a press release to shareholders?
So instead of answering emails , and addressing concerns of retail shareholders, the Board of Directors of Coregold and officers have gone into hiding, popping champagne corks and celebrating that only in Canada, the regulators are so complicit that the heist has been successful.
All shareholders want is the truth, and persons held accountable for their actions. What is the truth?
