Misrepresentation
So, Zhaojin claims that the Coregold management misrepresented their offer. And Coregold shareholders have been claiming for months that Titan Minerals is misrepresenting their valuation, and other material facts in their circular. Where does this leave us now? If only our board took their fiduciary responsibilties seriously, Each and every shareholder of Coregold, not just management and associates would have a very nice amount of actual cash in their jeans, with a Zhaojin offer, and also the ability to share in upside potential of a newly formed spinco, with cash and no debt? Pretty sad. I'm certainly not tendering my shares. im a little fish swimming around in very polluted waters. imho

No surprise there Bailey. We had to go to court earlier. There is enough hard evidence to drown a blue whale but these guys are just charlatans. No worries let them drown.
