My personal hunch, the tsxv did not have enough hard evidence. They got suspicious with the debt transfer to Titan, and let the core board draw things out long enough to give them solid evidence to work with. They are neither corrupt nor stupid (tsxv). Enough of us complained and they listened. Did anyone attend the hearing?

Cores own convoluted news letter on Dec 17 indicates conflict. The Zhaojin letter provides evidence of what really happened.
