What happens now?

Can  some of you learned friends explan to me , less knowledgeable of these things, what will happens now. What if Titan does not get 66 2/3 % ? What happens to us who have not tendered our shares? Do we still get the deal proposed ? And I who live in the US still get the cash deal ? What of this dissendents getting payed out?  Can someone go through the different scenarios so its clear. Thanks in advance.

Everything is explained in the fillings. Please read by yourself before tendering your shares or making a decision. Essentially, as long as Titan doesn't reach 66 2/3%, Core Gold will remain listed on the facilities of the TSXV and Titan won't be able to proceed with a compulsory acquisition or a subsequent acquisition transaction. They will have to buy the remaining shares in the ...more

Too right not selling mine either. It will be tough to get to 66 2/3 let alone 90. There's no rush. They will have to cough up a lot more. I see that other parties are accumalating since the Titan share count has not moved. That means they are waiting for more.  Anything can happen still.
