There can be a lot of reasons why no response is given. Why don't you ask your questions here and I can do my best to see if they have been answered (and appropriate to share) in previous coorespondence I have had with him.

With all due respect if you could answer my quetions here then the term “choosing investors” is not extreme. I too reach out to management of companies I invest in including Dan in the past, and have always been respectful with my calls and emails to build a relationship.

there is no reason not to answer my quetions. Even when reading posts on bullboards from what I consider to be trusted posters such as yourself I always try to confirm information by reaching out to the company or digging deep to do my own research.

I will post my email for you read and decide if you can answer my questions. As you will see it was pretty straight forward, most I think I know the answer just looking for confirmation from the company rather than  bullboards. See below.

Hello Dan

It’s been a while since a news release updating share holders on how things are going. I thought I would reach out with a few questions, hope you can answer when you have the time.

Did the arbitration meeting with Cougar happen on the 18th?

If so can you divulge what happened?

Have you been to Madagascar recently?

Any word on the EV licences?

Will it cost anything when permits are awarded, or are all costs pre-paid.

Do we still have revenue being generated with graphite supply for Novocarbon?

Any new movement on the Alberta Black Shale property’s?

When can financials be released and cease trade order be lifted?

Do we owe cash for financials?

Do we have cash for these expenses?

Any word on financing prospects to move things forward once above items are wrapped up?

Is the Korean agreement still in place or is it now dead?

Look forward to your reply.

Thank you in advance.
