RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Reunion and Gmin stocks both up todayI think Dundee is on the right track with Joanathan.  In my experience it always takes longer than you'd like to implement significant change like they have at Dundee.

My recent frustration is with low insider ownership other than Jonathan Goodman.  There are still several directors who are not shareholders.  Tanya Covassin, Isabel Meharry,  Allen Palmiere own no sub voting shares and Peter Nixon only owns 22,200 sub voting shares.  Bruce McLeod gets a pass for now because he's a new director.  Steven Sharp and Lila Murphy also don't own any sub voting shares.  Yes, they have DSUs and I like that Dundee has minimum share ownership requirements for directors and execs.

BUT if Dundee truly wants to gain the market's confidence (and attract a higher share price), directors and execs need to put real skin in the game and buy stock like outside shareholders.  This will create better alignment between leadership and shareholders.  The common phrase that applies here is... "if the company leadership doesn't own the stock, why should I?"

It was good to see Andrew Molson buy recently and Jonathan owns a ton of stock but other directors and execs need to step up.
