2023 Financial Statements (and Q4)

Does anyone know when these reports will be released?

In the last few years, they came out near the end of March.  We are at the end of March but nothing from Dundee yet advising when the 2023 report will be made public.

Anyone?

most public companies have 60 days after quarter end to release results and 90 days after year end...very few have 120. I would think DC is 90 based on the past which means it should come out tomorrow.

I agree but that is not how one should run a public company.  Look around - most Canadian public companies will advise shareholders weeks in advance - through a press release -  of the timing of annual and quarterly financial results. Why can't the management of Dundee do the same?  Don't they get paid enough to
