RE:RE:Clown Show: VOTE AGAINST SHARE CONSOLIDATION in Proxy Vote My answer is simple: shareholders deserve at a bare minimum, the respect by MGMT to report and demonstrate that this company will a) survive on its own two feet b) is hitting profit and c) growing at a clip that "should reflect" a new and growing proposition in a nascent sector.
we have had three plus years of lies, silence and frankly, "words" blah blah blah....what we have not yet seen are hard facts, hard results.
Now instead of the above taking place, "right at a time when they should be doing above" the pull this stunt to wrap in a share consolation and further, in their own words, they could then look to financing and acquisitions which effectively means we get consolidated and then very very very likely diluted in order to do these things.
So, what we have here is more of the same of the last 3 years by DOC Mgmt. but of course, while their actions got us here, they are asking that we trust them. Nah, not this guy.
IMHO what's the rush? Why just as u hve told us all that ur winning deals and getting to profit, you then pile on with a share consolidation and possible financing etc? If u have enough cash and are positive on your business, why not show the market via Q3 and Q4, expect excitement to come back and then take a look at what you need for the future?
