RE:RE:RE:Call it what it is What a load of BS dude....yawn!
Fact: KPMG has been its auditor for over a year so, what parties do each month, quarter and year are all proven/done/dusted.
Second: CFO and CEO stated a couple of months ago at the Investor Day Event that they expect to report Quarterly Reports earlier due to focus and improvements......This Nov 23rd date was late for Q3 vs prior.....
So, Buckweed. WHY did KPMG need to step in and call a pause? If they have it all set up and have been working together for at least a year - possibly 2 years now, WHY WOULD KPMG SURPRISE DOC MGMT WITH THIS REQUEST TO DELAY?
DOC MGMT made a public statement that they will improve Q Reporting moving forward.....and the very next one they have failed on.
For some of you, you might think of this as a storm in a tea cup....for many here, this is just a continuance of MGMT failures and worse, with what theyre planning with Share COnsolidation and then Financing etc, the very real threat of worse to come is front and centre.
Like I said in my prior remarks, THEY HAVE LOST THE TRUST AND CONFIDENCE OF THEIR SHAREHOLDERS. In recent months they have been telling us formally that they are on the up and up.....why wouldnt you report a couple of quarters to prove it before introducing consolidation etc etc?
The answer: things are not as they appear, thats why......and now they cant even report their quarterly on time, after just telling us that they would...
Be very very afraid...!
