This is strange to me . "Given the circumstances, the Company has requested that trading in its shares on the TSX Venture Exchange be halted as it expects the Ontario Securities Commission will issue a cease trade order. The cease trade order would affect trading in all securities of the Company and would remain in effect until it is revoked following filing of the Annual Financial Filings

How badly do you have to manage a company for this BS to take place, there should be a class action against these jerks

Yes, wondering as well. Perhaps some of us misunderstood this particular notice and it is specifically "Management" that cannot trade as opposed to the market in general. I inititially thought it simply mean't that management had applied for the CTO and that seems not to be the case. Big question for me now is:  Was the $200K insider loan at 60% interest rate (5%/month) a way

I find that hard to believe , lots of companies manage to put "management cease tradeorder"  into news releases. Maybe they just didn't do the right procedure?

I dumped at 14 cents at a 90% loss. Glad I did - and the fine tequila and flat of beer I purchased with the remnants was well worth it! mugs
