, R.S.A. 2000, c. S-4, as amended (Act) To:

Digagogo Ventures Corp. (the Respondent)

NOTICE:

Pursuant to section 198(1.1) of the

Act, an application will be made to the Alberta Securities Commission (Commission) by Staff (Staff), for an Order:

(i) Under subsection 198(1)(a) of the

Act, that trading in or purchasing securities of the Respondent cease until the Executive Director of the British Columbia Securities Commission revokes the cease trade order dated August 10, 2011; and

(ii) Making such further and other orders under Section 198(1) as the Commission deems appropriate.

GROUNDS FOR APPLICATION:

In support of the application, Staff state that the Respondent is subject to an order made by the British Columbia Securities Commission dated August 10, 2011, imposing sanctions, conditions, restrictions or requirements on the Respondent, and as such section 198(1.1) of the

Act applies to authorize the granting of a Reciprocal Order.

EVIDENCE IN SUPPORT OF APPLICATION:

In support of this application, Staff rely upon the Affidavit of Jolie Rattenbury, Securities Investigator, which accompanies this application.

PROCEDURE:

The Respondent has an opportunity to be heard in this application, and may do so with or without legal counsel.

If the Respondent wishes to make oral submissions or present evidence to the Commission, that Respondent must, within 21 days of the date of this Notice, contact Jayne Lewis, Registrar, by telephone at 403.297.4277, by email at registrar@asc.ca, or facsimile at 403.297.4486, following which a hearing date and time will be set by the Commission.

If any Respondent wishes to make written submissions, that Respondent must, within 28 days of the date of this Notice, deliver the submissions, together with any supporting evidence, to Jayne Lewis, Registrar, Alberta Securities Commission, 6

th Floor, 250 - 5 Street SW, Calgary, Alberta, T2P 0R4.

A Respondent may choose to submit evidence and make both oral and written submissions in which case that Respondent must comply with each of the above time limits.

If the Respondent chooses not to provide evidence or make submissions, the Commission will consider the application on or after 30 days from the date of this Notice and may make an order against any or all of the Respondents without further notice.
