Since January 2023, DV has seen a significant increase of about 50% in price as well as closed a a $15 million bought deal with notable investors, including Eric Sprott.
With plans to focus on exploring the Homestake area, delineating a resource at Wolf, and discovering new deposits in the Golden Triangle, DV is on track for a busy field season with mobilization at the Kitsault Valley Project having commenced.
Located in BC's Golden Triangle, an area known for its mineral wealth and historical mining activity, DV plans to conduct 25,000m of drilling to test the potential connection between the projects two deposit areas.
DV will start with three drills focused on following up on new discoveries as well as step out from wide, higher-grade intercepts from the 2023 drilling.
Delving Deeper Into The Kistault Valley Project
Prospective for hosting further precious metal deposits, the Project is on the same structural and stratiagraphic belts that host numerous other high-grade deposits including the Eskay Creek Mine and Brucejack.
This is significant because, Eskay Creek started as a high-grade silver mine until the later discovery of a strong gold system turned it into a producer of both silver and gold, becoming Canada's highest-grade gold mine in producing over 3M oz of high-grade gold and the 5th largest silver mine in the world with the production of over 160M oz of silver.
Notably, Kitsault has already shown high-grade gold potential reminiscent of Eskay Creek and similar to Brucejack with the discovery of 'bonanza-style gold assay results'.
