Any value triggers coming soon? Are there any other companies drilling wells near Wapiti?

It doesn't look like too much will happen until they drill Wapiti and complete the infrastruction to produce.

I didn't see any news release related to the lawsuit. This will put a cap on any significant gains until the lawsuit is clarified.

Can anyone provide a brief synopsis of the lawsuit..
