The stock is currently trading almost 70 cents below its book value.
and over hte past 10 days or so the insider action...

I think the real interesting part here is the public market buy of 65000 shares of the company by an insider while the stock is at a 52 week high. Now obviously he had to advance order his insider buy but even at that the stock was near or at a 52 week high when the order was placed.
looks to me like we still have momentum behind this upswing.
