Step One

Looks like step one is in the works which eventually over time will lead to this becoming a privately held company so will be looking forward to finding a "best time" to unload before getting unloaded on even more.

If Step One means Luminus following through with it's purchase plan, and the stock price catches up to what "the smart money" is paying in order to "steal" this Company, whilst there is "blood on the streets" then I will be very happy with the profit I will have made. But I think there is still more upside than that. Going private (if that were the end game ...more

Hope you're right about the upside. Although there is no question in my mind about Luminus' purpose in becoming involved. All the privitization moves that have involved my investments have never turned out positive for me.
