RE:You would think this is good news...Proctor makes too good of a coin for the size of the company, even more so given his track record.  If I were him, I'd have no problem picking up a million shares at these levels to show confidence in where the company is headed, or to just keep my job. Spending this money would still have him handsomly overpaid.  Part of the problem may be that the rich board co-chairs, to who this is coin change, may value loyalty to those around them more than faceless shareholders who had really been impacted by this debacle. As a chair, I would be blushing to be associated with a 2.5, 3 cent company, after an IPO that was much higher. Either I'd apply myself to make things happen, or step down to eliminate that association.  But that is just me....maybe I would think differently after a while of rolling in dough and losing sight of average folk.
