RE:Going forward Yes, you can say TM has enabled this kind of poor performance. I am good with him buying me out at 20 cents a share. Still a loss for me but at that time in hindsight he had the clarity that JP was going to have to pivot to Plan C or D. Before going to D or E. May not quite remember the twists and turns anymore but the message that JP journey changed significantly since starting to lead the company is sound. And he has lead us nowhere to where he alluded to with respect to his expertise when he took over the job. Destroyed this company pretty well instead of building it up.
Anything less and I'd rather see him making some solid decisions to turn the company around for the investors who entrusted in his reputation than take us out and make those decisions afterwards.
I think the bottom line is that TM has to do much better for his shareholders. Relatively speaking, I have most likely lost much more on this investment than him with his millions directed here. I would make a 10%++ (where are we, around 13% interest?) secured loan though.
