why hasn't Martello Technologies asked to join Blackberry?

Martello Technologies was part of a small projet for the IoT (internet of things) with Blackberry a few years back.
Blackberry has capital that Martello needs.
Martello does monitoring that could be added to Blackberry's security segment.
They are both located in Ottawa.
This would probably accelerate Terry Matthews worth since he owns a big chunk of the company.

According to Martello management and board, fheir product serves an important purpose and are a valued Microsot partner.  Yet they can't grow the company which is perpetual need of financing to cover losses. I am not sure how I would see an answer to any question, including yours.  The easy question is why do we have a highly paid executive leading the company after so many years of
