No surprises really. Majority of the news releases of this company the last few years have been financing. The quotes from leaders in the last quarterly results made me think there wouldn't be another financing that quick but I should know better by all of their previous statements making it sound like they are in the right places at the right times but declines in the legacy products were ...more

15 cents a share would put a market cap value of approx 65-70 million. Currently valued at 6.4 million, a buyout is not going to happen, not at 15 cents at least.

No, ain't gonna happen. Just a dream appeal to a multi-billionaire who was at the helm of this submarine tanking to a penny and a half. My losses are bigger than his.
