They can save 500K annually (if not more) by firing Allen alone. lol

The reverse split allows for them to seek more money (for them to squander) without the shares becoming too diluted. Furthermore, it allows them to squeeze out some of the current bigger shareholders; this will happen once the new share issuances (to buddies, the "right" insiders and themselves via ridiculous stock options) ensue following the reverse split.

All the while, the inept management get to keep their jobs and receive generous remunerations. lol. It's the standard corporate defrauding of Main St which happens all too frequently; alas, such are the vicissitudes of corporate avarice.
