Are our expectations wrong.

Are our expectations wrong. so befire the PP there was approx 3.5 milion shares, now after the PP my calulations show approx 9 million shares. giving us a market cap of 38 million or pre pp price of over $10.85 cents. if the stock is trading at $6.00 that puts usd at approx $15.45 per share , pre the PP.
are my number, at the end of the last q revenues were 13 million, an d non of these new contracts were included. do we think these 5-6 congtracts equal 50 mill, 100 mill .would we include some of the companies expenses in the last quarter or 2 on acheiving these new contracts.
if you can assume some of your own fgures, where would that then put where our sp would be.
lastly why would the compnay be so quiet about what most of these contracts are worth.
