Revenue

Revenue Beacon is now projecting a loss of $0.11/share...down from $0.09/share. On the conference call at the end of the last quarterly results, Schacter asked Bharat how much revenue they need to generate in order to achieve net profit...he answered somewhere in the 200-215 million range. I have a significant stake in AVE (live in Calgary, know the company) and like the initiatives they have put in place to reduce use of third party power...but I seriously doubt their ability to put up a 64 million top line performance in Q4. And without that, my fear is that the market will only see it as another losing quarter and beat up the stock. Easy money has been made so to speak and it will soon become about how they work within existing revenues. Triple digit growth is not sustainable. But I like this management team and see them being able to right the ship. It just might take a couple quarters to start seeing results. Stay long my friends!
