Thanks for the response retiredcf. I was planning to take the cash option once the deal was complete in June and then transfer the funds from my old brokerage to the new one. By the sounds of it, I will have to keep the old brokerage account open to receive the additional funds (if there are any, 1 year from now). Unless I was to transfer the shares to the new brokerage before Junes closing date. I think this will be my best bet. Thanks,
