Not sure yet - DESKE doesn't have the greatest reviews by analysts (but then again - they are seldom right anyway) - it seems to be pretty consistently missing quarterly expectations and operating at a loss - so not really sure how the addition of AVE will affect it as AVE also seemed to always manage to lose money in spite of sky-rocketing increases in sales and income.  I think as soon as this gets into the $10.50 range I will bail - hopefully it can claw its way back up there - it was in the $14.00 range only a few months ago but looking at the financials I fail to see how it can continue to be  viable going concern with its current debt.

Time will tell but I am not looking at this on for a long term hold.

Cheers
