I guess there could be some grey area regarding the business aveda sent to other Daseke subsidiaries (seems to me they were getting some credit for this) but certainly not to the point of not getting a payment period. As for werklund, I guess you are correct that he could have sold all his shares prior to the declaration date but if he did, all those shares had buyers who were rolling the dice on the size of the payout. I just don't think it's possible for them to back out of a legally binding agreement. I was wrong however in thinking we would hear today. Honestly, I don't know how an auditor signs off on this without this resolved.
