So from as far as I can tell, the next step is to throw this to the "Third Party Auditors" which is Deloitte in Texas.
Sad part is, all these legal and accounting costs come off the top, if there ever is an "earn out".
I have a pile of emails from IR that indicated a payout forthcoming... doesn't sound good that we'll ever see it at this point. Very disappointing.
