The Company is focused on the exploration and development of gold properties. The Company holds a 100% interest in the Otish Mountains property. The Company’s Lalande property is situated on the North Shore approximately 12 kilometers northwest of La Romaine. Ditem signed a letter of agreement with Golden Valley Mines granting to Ditem the option to hold over 66% interests in the Beartooth property. Ditem signed a letter of intent with an arm’s length third party to hold over 100% interests in the Bruell gold property in Vauquelin Township near Val-d’Or, Abitibi. Ditem Exporations signed an option purchase agreement for a 100% interest in three gold exploration properties (Detour Gold Trend property) in northwestern Quebec.

Franknstein, thanksI agree with you about GEM. I already got rid of most of GEM. The reason I got into DIT is because its properties is next CCO, and the CEO is former Mining Minister of Quebec. For CBP, I am new. Its properties is also in the same area, but I am not sure about the management. In this red hot market, short term CBP might be good, so I just bought some today. By the way, what is your view on NOT? It is my another dog so far. Thanks again! Regards,
