So, Datametrex popped up on my radar during all the buzz about New World Solutions. Why? 'Cause these guys just handed over their electric car division to New World. Datametrex Electric Vehicle Solutions cashed in a sweet C$3.75 million and got 15 million common shares from Datametrex at C.05 a pop, adding up to C$750,000. Cash and shares – classic deal combo, right?

Now, breaking news alert: Datametrex just tossed 5% of their shares over to New World. Add that to the Bitcoin dip, and bam, there goes New World's value.

Before the share shuffle, Datametrex had a chunky 18,928,936 shares of New World, flexing a cool 18.33% stake. After the shake-up, they're left with 15,000,000 shares, down to about 14.53% – a drop of 3.8%, no biggie. Plus, with the recent cash injections, Datametrex AI's got cash to splash and still holds a solid 15 million shares in the New World solution.

What's their deal, you ask? Datametrex is on the rise, rocking the AI scene. They just bagged one of their top clients – LOTTE from South Korea, a colossal company with an estimated USD 50 billion in assets and a workforce of over 56,000 in South Korea and 3,600 in Japan. If you're not impressed yet, they run the biggest online store in South Korea and have some cozy partnerships with Canon and Fujifilm.

And oh, did I mention their AI AnalyticsGPT? Cooked up at the end of last year with the US Army, this bad boy scans data from everywhere – social media, news, blogs, dark web, you name it. It's like having a crystal ball for predictive analytics. Plus, they've got Dr. Kim, the ex-VP of Samsung's Defense division, leading the charge. This guy's got a track record – snagging contracts worth millions and developing Iraq's communications network. Now, he's gearing up to rock it with the US Army.

Here's the kicker – Datametrex isn't planning a reverse stock split. Nope, they're banking on growth and pumping up that share price. They even dropped an official statement to keep us in the loop. No splitsville here!

In my books, this could be a winner if it kicks into high gear and the market catches on. Just think about NVIDIA and their journey.

DM has incredible potential, especially now I think
with a more focused CEO. Let's hope DM is able to
start picking up more and more business and begins
to show up on more radars. I think DM had the chance
before but blew it. Time will tell. I remain IN and optimistic.
