Taking profit on the sale of 500,000 shares into the public market at $0.04 for a cool $20,000 on Monday last week. Profit is profit.

Could it be from some of his RSU??? The transaction date was March 11th. It's still a small fraction of the 13+ million shares he holds. Often the RSU is a form of remuneration that replaces money (at least directly). So if he continues to deliver, good for him to pay himself a little ...$2000 isn't much!

Whoops! $20000 missed that last zero ....over 3 or 4 months not a lot of remuneration, if, he continues to sign off on new contracts.

So he sold 500,000 shares at 4 cents giving him $20,000 and leaving him with a balance of 12,500,000 shares.??? Is that right?

Still doesn't bode well, no matter how you slice it. I doubt it was a scheduled sale (TSV rules for some). Not cool. And nothing happening on the contract front. I don't think the products are as good as I once thought. Wait for the next pump and sell.
