With Sariel diagnostics deal of 70 million shares  issued at .05 , DM will Sariel Diagnstics soldhave approx  523 million shares o/s.

For stock tobe priced .10 cents DM would have to have to be 52  million dollar value  company.????

DM deals recently are  only for shares issued.

Sariel Diagnostics received  70  million shares of DM with a  market value today of 2.5 cents.

i don't understqnd but maybe someone can claify. DMpaid 3.5 million and Sariel has stock value today 70 million times  2.5  or  1.75  million.

HasDM over by 2,5 cents for this deal?

I still don't see a business growth strategy. Why doesn't release Mr. Park a business growth strategy for DM? He should be able of it as it's a standard tool in economics what he has studied.
