What I do is watch all 3 and look for opportunities based on many things such as support/resistance, volume, time and sales, gold price, overall market, etc. The key is, however, is when POM gets their permits then all 3 will be rallying strong as it open the whole area up for mining and there is vast tonage of metal resources there. The down side is if suddenly all POM permit requests are denied they all will tank, so protect yourself on the downside. Currently it does appear, though, that at least some of the permits will be approved.
