Metals and Mining Reversal Taking Hold?

Metals and Mining Reversal Taking Hold?

Duluth was up today and closed near its top which is a bullish signal for another up session tomorrow. Today's gain was likely on the strength of areversal in metals and mining taking hold.  This maybe the start of anup trend.  The Capped Diversified Metals and Mining Index was up today51.85 or 3.87% and this was near the high of the day which is a bullishindicator for a continuation tomorrow.

Why? Are we seeing someglobal fundemental changes that warrant the reversal?  Are metal pricesstablizing or rising? Are fears of an Asian slow down subsiding?  Oilprices backed off. Economic reports in the U.S. are still improving.Quarterly reports are strong.  Are there other factors supporting thisreversal? Just how strong is this reversal?
